Plex Media Center solution has now been released in a new version for Mac OS X and iOS.
At the same time that Apple launched the popular Plex Media Center solution for Mac bacame avaiable for download, an app for iPhone, iPod and iPad appeared on the App Store. It is priced at $4.99.
Some of the new features include the Plex Media Manager, a new tool that will make it easier to add files to your media center. Plex Media Manager adds an new icon in the menu bar. With this new icon you can add folders containing multimedia such as movies. After a check against databases on the web it will give you folders in Plex as well as cover art and detailed descriptions of the movie.
