Call of Duty: Black Ops was a historic launch and provided solid earnings for the publisher Activision, so it should come as no big surprice that the game was also very popular among those who choose the illegal way of getting their hands on this game.

According to the numbers obtained by TorrentFreak, Black Ops tops the list of most frequently downloaded PC games in 2010 with 4,270,000 total downloads, followed by the competitor Bad Company 2, which was downloaded 3,960,000 times.

On the console market, the figures are naturally much lower. On the Wii and Xbox 360, Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Dante’s Inferno are the most downloaded games, with respectively 1,470,000 and 1,280,000 downloads.

If you would like to buy a legit copy of the games, I’ve added a link for each of the games to my Webshop. Some of theme are also available as downloads and in Special Editions, if so, you will see it when you do another search for the game.
