Sony Ericsson has revealed some information about three upcoming models in a press release today. The three models are called Xperia ray, Xperia active and Sony Ericsson txt.

Xperia ray is an X10-like model that weighs in at only 100 grams. It has a 8.1 megapixel camera and a 3.3 inch screen with a resolution of 854×480 pixels. It will be available in the colors gold, white, pink and black.

Xperia active is a shock-resistant phone with a 3-inch large screen and the relatively low resolution of 320×480 pixels. Sony Ericsson txt is the budget model of the three, and its focus is mainly on text messaging. It does not have 3G, so it is very unclear on what markets it will be released. But with a full QWERTY keyboard, SMS messaging should be a breeze. It will be available in the colors blue, black, white and pink.
