That Google has not yet released their own file-sharing service is something that has puzzled many. But if we are to believe the latest rumors such a service is not too far away. Rumors of the famous Google Drive have been circulating since 2006, but now it seems something is actually happening.

An unofficial blog has gathered some photographic evidence. In a company presentation of Google Docs that the user Felipe Zorzo attended, there were several references to something called My Google Drive.

After some digging Felipe Zorzo found some references to the Google Drive in Google Docs where there is also a link to download the software for Google Drive.

It is now speculated that Google Drive will be a Dropbox-like feature that will operate between your desktop, mobile device and files stored in Google Docs.

For now, we’ll just have to wait and see.
